Bio-compactors are equipped with a pendulum-type press. Due to the fact that it is resistant to the aggressive effects of liquid waste, its breakage is virtually eliminated. The volume of the container where the waste is placed can range from 6 to 24 m3, and the compacting ratio can reach 1: 7.
Bio-compactors are equipped with drain holes through which all the fluid accumulated in the monoblock is removed. The compactors are additionally equipped with oil heating and cooling, electrically operated cover, ozonators and other useful options to enhance the operation.
The design of the bio-compactor allows it to be used almost continuously. Noise from the operation of the equipment will not cause inconvenience, because it is practically absent. Cost-effective and reliable operation for a long time are the main advantages of using bio-compactors.
